You may be familiar with some advertising methods like Tennessee local advertising. I bet you know TV ads, newspaper ads, and print ads to name a few. But then again, advertising does not only rely on offline ads alone. Advertising can also be found online- in the Internet.

When you are concentrating on offline marketing, you should probably notice that it brings a lot of investment to be able to find a large list of your market or clients interested on your MLM. Ads offline means, the more it brings about market, the more you spend for it. But you do not have the choice to stop your offline ads since this is the way to make people remember you and make you as a brand.
If you wanted to cut cost on your ads expenses, you may want to try some efficiently cheap offline methods of marketing your products and services:

1. Flyers and stickers- print some with your name, logo and important details you want to convey to your potential clients. Of course, these things are made to be given away. What is great with flyers and stickers is that they are cheap and made in bulk so you have the potential to have a large supply of stickers and flyers in a very cheap price.

But of course, if you are making one, you have to make sure that it will get noticed. It is better to ask someone in advertising of what is best and attracted in making up your own flyer and sticker. But if you do not know someone in advertising, you can make it yourself by observing some samples you see around. Try to be observant and then you can base the things you see around you in making up your own flyer and sticker.

2. Local newspapers- This is very useful when you are just starting out. A lot of people from your area buy your local newspaper. Start from there. But of course, do not forget to also include your neighbors, family, friends, and relatives when building your first MLM network. But also, do not be a sales talker to people you knew are not interested on what you offer. Thus, it is important still to advertise on your local newspaper and get some interested people coming to you.

3. Freebies
Free stuff never ceases to get the interest of people. Information is crucial in MLM. If you know well your business, the why not give some free information to gain your potential clients’ interest, right? Once you have proven yourself that you have a legitimate MLM business and that you can be trusted, people will start coming from you and your list of network will soon be huge.

Setting Up A Facebook Group & Promoting it

By john mce

When I first joined after being a Myspace user for some time, I found it quite uninspiring, great for finding old friends and people I have actually met. Unlike Myspace where requests come from totally random people all the time, the opportunity to interact with people in this way on Facebook is mush more focused on people you actually know.

In order to make my Facebook experience more diverse, I decided to look into the groups function of the website and set one up form myself as an experiment to see what opportunities a group can create. Setting up a group was pretty easy, but once they are finished there is not as many exciting adaption’s in my opinion to make them more appealing as there is on Myspace. There does not seem to be so many code generating sites Facebook out there as for other social networking sites. A standard group with an image and information, doesn’t look that interesting, but there are some good features not offered on Myspace such as a wall, where members can post updates and comments, the opportunity to leave the group open for members to upload images, comments & promote the group even to become admin if you want them too.

Once you have a group set up, you need to get people to join and find it, some straight forward options are to tell your friends about the group, which is offered once the group is set up, also to invite new members from your email accounts such as hotmail. If they find it interesting they will join and a notification will appear on their profile enticing others to join outside your friend network.

Step 2
Keep updating your own status about the group, this way friends will see updated status and will possibly join.

Step 3
Approach groups in your sector which have been set up for a longer period of time and have lots of members, then contact the admin and ask if they will promote your group. Build up a relationship with similar group admin, if they don’t cooperate, then you can join their group and approach their members and send them a friend request, be aware there is a limit to this before Facebook sees it as spamming so limit it so about 30 requests a day. This way you will be targeting members which already have an interest in the your particular sector.

Step 4 utilise external resources to get your group noticed,

Use Twitter to tweet about it, tag it in on Delicious and Stumble upon etc.

Find forums where you can answer questions on your chosen sector and add a link to your group.

Mention your group on your website or blog

Step 5
create interesting & useful video content and upload to your group and to Youtube to gain more group members.

Step 6
If you have a budget to promote your group, then a unique option facebook offers is the chance to advertise your group to its users. This is a very interesting function and is very focused in reaching the right Facebook users for instance, you can choose by age, location, interests etc, so you can target the right people for your product. You can start a campaign from as little as a pound a day and get a nice analytical overview of your campaign, which can be edited to suit your budget.
